HOW TO MAKE ARRABBIATA PASTA
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium flame and add chopped garlic in it, saute till the raw smell of garlic goes away. When done, add red chilli flakes in the pan and saute for another few seconds
Now, add tomato puree to the pan, mix well and season with salt and black pepper as per your taste. Increase the flame to high and mix once again. When the specks of oil start to appear alongside pan walls, switch off the flame. The puree is ready.
Add dried oregano , broccoli , mushrooms or veggies as per taste to the pureed sauce. Meanwhile, take a deep-bottomed and non-stick pan over medium flame and add heat water in it. Add a little salt and bring water to a boil. After a boil, add penne pasta in the pan cook till al dante. Turn off the burner when done, and strain the pasta.
Add pasta to the sauce and mix it well. Cook for a while until sauce coats the pasta well. Can also add chicken salami into it.When done, transfer the pasta to a serving plate and garnish with red chilli flakes and oregano and serve it hot.
