HISAR: Uklana police have registered a case against ex-serviceman, his son and wife for allegedly killing a dairy operator with a javelin over a parking dispute. The deceased has been identified as Ramesh, a 30-year-old resident of Chamar Khera village.
Acting on the complaint of Dharam Singh, a resident of Chamar Khera village, a case was registered against Risal Fauji, his son Manish and wife Bala under Sections 452 (house-trespass after preparation for hurt, assault or wrongful restraint), 302 (murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code. In complaint to the police, Dharam said his nephew Ramesh had a dairy in his house located on the main chowk of the village. Whenever the milk vehicle came to Ramesh’s dairy to deliver milk, neighbour Risal Fauji, his son Manish and wife Bala would quarrel over the parking of the vehicle, he claimed.
He said on Sunday night, he was sitting with his son Sandeep and Ramesh when Risal Fauji abused him over the same issue. After about five minutes, he returned with his son and wife. They entered the dairy and attacked his nephew with a javelin, injuring him grievously.
